Colour/PrintIndigo

Simple, versatile, and consciously made —our Khadi Patch Pack is designed for everyday sewing and creative projects. Collected using offcuts from Series of Prints and Colours that The Stitching Project have produced previously, therefore each pack is unique and only available in limited quantities.

Each bundle includes 4 pieces of unbleached, naturally dyed, and block-printed cloth, with dimensions varying between 45–55 cm wide and 50 cm long.

Perfect for dressmaking, quilting, craft projects, linings, and homeware, this is a timeless base fabric for makers who value both quality and sustainability.

Each quarter includes 4 pieces of unbleached, naturally dyed and block printed pieces, with measurements varies between 45 to 55cm in width and 50cm in length.

Each bundle is crafted from 100% handspun cotton.

Handmade cloth is naturally unique, with subtle texture and an even finish. Small irregularities are part of its charm, not a fault. These textiles offer a more responsible choice without compromising on colour, detail, or quality.

ARTISAN CRAFTMANSHIP

This is a collaboration work between the ANJELMS Project and the Stitching Project.

Created to support our post-production upcycling initiative, each bundle is made using repurposed textiles, thoughtfully hand-stitched to give new life to existing materials.

Artisan Empowerment through traditional skills

The Stitching Project is a solar-powered social enterprise started by Australian textile artist Fiona Wright and her husband Praveen.

They provide fair work conditions, vocational training and a living wage to remote artisans who produce high-quality work, changing their lives – and those of their families – in the process.

Our process starts with designs being hand carved onto wooden blocks. Then Pawan, our block printer at The Stitching Project places each block onto the ink board. This process is repeated a hundred times over with amazing precision and experience to create the perfect patterns.

Each of our Garments is proudly signed by every craftsperson who has had a hand in making it.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Immerse in cold water and gently hand wash it. If a washing machine is used, cold gentle cycle is recommended.

Please note that hot machine cycles will shrink this fabric.

After washing, avoid wringing it out to preserve the delicate textile quality and lay it flat or hang to air dry in a shaded area to prevent fading and protect the fabric from the harsh effects of direct sunlight. Only iron on low heat.

To preserve the integrity of the colors and material, opt for mild, gentle pH-neutral detergents that are suitable for delicate fabrics.
