Introducing Full Supply-Chain Traceability

In an era where greenwashing obscures genuine sustainability efforts, Fremantle-based ethical fashion label, The ANJELMS Project, is pioneering radical transparency. Renowned for its vibrant, artisan-made collections, the brand has unveiled a fully traceable supply chain, setting a new benchmark in ethical fashion.

Empowering Consumers Through Transparency

In collaboration with Urvara, The ANJELMS Project introduces an initiative that offers customers unprecedented insight into their garments' origins. By scanning a QR code attached to each piece, customers can access comprehensive, verified information detailing the item's journey—from energy consumption and distance traveled to wages paid and fabric recyclability.

It’s a revolutionary step toward radical transparency.

Here’s what that scan reveals:

Founder Gaelle Beech sees it as a way to honour the people behind the seams. “We want to see them acknowledged and celebrated for their skills,” she says. “This system lets us build long-term, integral practices that empower both our artisans and our customers.”

This traceability launch coincides with the release of their latest drop: The Manifesto Collection, designed in collaboration with local artists Meg Buckley and Madeleine Beech. It's a creative and values-driven capsule that invites wearers to make a statement—not just in style, but in ethics.

“This range gives our customers the opportunity to wear their values loud and proud,” says Gaelle. “It’s not just fashion—it’s a conscious commitment.”

As more consumers seek authenticity and accountability in their wardrobes, The ANJELMS Project is stepping up to deliver both—without compromising on colour, creativity, or culture. It’s a reminder that fashion can be joyful and just.
