    Quality Material
    – Hand-woven from 100% rain-fed brown cotton, Kandu is lightweight yet offers warmth in winter and breathability in summer. Its natural properties, eco-friendly production process, and beautifully timeless design make it an ideal fabric for everyday use. Kandu’s earthy brown hue deepens with each wash, creating a unique, personalized shade that stabilizes after 10 washes.

    Eco-conscious dyes
    – We enhance Kandu’s beauty with natural dyes—indigo, pomegranate peel, iron rust, and more—all sustainably sourced.

    Water-Efficient Production
    – Unlike conventional cotton, Kandu requires minimal water, making it an environmentally friendly choice.

  • To ensure that your beautiful piece looking fresh and vibrant for many seasons to come we recommend following these simple care instructions:

Gentle Cold Wash - immerse your Anjelms piece in cold water and gently hand wash it. If a washing machine is used, wash with similar colours and cold gentle cycle are recommended. A slight shrinkage (2.5% - 3.5%) and a soft, supple fabric after a few washes are to be expected.

Air Dry in the Shade - after washing, avoid wringing it out to preserve the fabric quality and lay flat or hang it to air dry in a shaded area to prevent fading and protect the fabric from the harsh effects of direct sunlight.

Avoid Harsh Detergents - to preserve the integrity of the colors and material, opt for mild, gentle pH-neutral detergents that are suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid bleach and ironing on a low setting only if necessary.

  • Explore the beauty of Kandu—where tradition meets sustainability.

Maxi Skirt – Humanity To Community Print

This is a 'wear-anywhere-forever' kinda piece. Swift shipping of the most gorgeously printed skirt on the airiest fabric that you will adore wearing in any season.

Wearing mine now in the summer heat with a simple singlet and chunky sandals, and a little neck scarf, or a funky head scarf. For the colder months, this graphic print is the perfect pair/clash with a vintage printed T tucked in, or left out, over a simple skinny turtle neck for added warmth, boots, with a well-loved leather jacket thrown over the top.

The slight sheen of this luxurious, thermo-regulating and fast drying silk-cotton mix (probably my favourite fabric) makes this exquisite piece just right with a fine-knit halter neck knit in basic black, or with an oversized, racer-back silk singlet half-tucked, with a shiny leather equestrian boot, or classic horse-bit loafers.

Gaëlle is super-responsive and so helpful with queries, she even found me a size that wasn’t listed on the website.
